Virtual Commissioning

We build a digital twin of your cell, program and debug against it, and arrive on the plant floor with the software already validated. It's our core, and your biggest competitive edge.

Proven on line
25%

Faster real commissioning: shorter on-site startups by validating control and mechanics before they meet.

100%

Logic pre-validated before deployment

Day 1

Production-ready at startup

4 layers

Controls, robotics, safety and mechanics

01 Digital twin

The twin, running: every signal validated before install.

We run the real PLC and robot programs against a physical model of the cell. We catch collisions, bottlenecks and logic errors while fixing them is still cheap.

02 Offline simulation

The virtual environment where your line gets validated.

  1. Virtual PLC

The real program running on PLCSIM Advanced or a soft-PLC.

  2. Hardware in the loop

A physical controller wired to the twin.

  3. Kinematic model

Mechanics, sensors and actuators with physics.

  4. Signal map

I/O and fieldbuses emulated end to end.

03 Capabilities

What we deliver

  1. A digital twin of your cell

A physical and signal-level replica of your line, ready to run real PLC and robot code.

  2. Validated control logic

PLC and robot programs tested against the twin, free of integration errors.

  3. Verified safety

E-stops, guarded zones and muting checked before anything on the cell is energised.

  4. A startup without surprises

You reach the plant with cycle times and sequences already validated, plus ramp-up support.

04 Virtual startup

How we apply VC across our projects:

  1. Phase 01

    Digital twin

A physical and signal-level replica of the real cell.

  2. Phase 02

    Offline programming

Robot and PLC ready before we set foot on the plant.

  3. Phase 03

    Execution environment

    Cycle-time and collision validation.

  4. Phase 04

    On-site support

    Remote fault diagnosis after startup.
