We program production lines. Then we go and start them up.

The lines that build cars.
We program and commission the production lines that build cars. The work is technical, the client is demanding, and the line has to start on the day it was promised.

One line, start to finish.
This is a project from your seat. No two are the same, but every one of them passes through these five points.
- 01
-
You get a line.
Mechanical drawings arrive, with a signal list and a target cycle time. You read them before anyone writes a line of code. If something does not add up, you ask a senior engineer now, not on the plant floor.EPLAN · client documentation
- 02
-
You program it with no machine in front of you.
PLC and robot code is written in the office, against a model. You decide how the program is structured. A senior engineer reviews it; they do not rewrite it.TIA Portal · Studio 5000 · TwinCAT · ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Yaskawa
- 03
-
You validate it in the twin.
Before anyone travels, the whole line is run in simulation. Every signal is exercised. The faults you find here are the faults you will not be finding at 3am in a factory.Emulate3D · Process Simulate · PLCSIM Advanced
- 04
-
You go and start it up.
Commissioning at the client plant, with their people watching. This is where it shows whether the validation was done properly. The line, and whatever you find on it

You hand it over.
Documentation, training for the client maintenance team, and a program that somebody else can read five years from now.Documentation · training
