NEW REMOTE DIGITAL SYSTEM FOR THE AUTOMATION OF POSTPRODUCTION CONTROL WORKS, MONITORING AND RESOLUTION OF PROBLEMS IN REAL TIME
Objective: Development of an innovative solution for real-time monitoring and optimization in decision-making within the post-production process of industrial companies, generating a solution that allows real-time monitoring of the status of the line, as well as facilitating/guiding to the technical team of the same in the immediate resolution of possible incidents, as well as in the implementation of continuous improvements on the process and preventive maintenance of the line.

DIGITALIZA-CV – TRANSFORMATION 2022
IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW PROCESS VIRTUALIZATION TOOLS TO FACILITATE START-UPS.
Objective: To achieve the optimization of manufacturing processes that allows anticipating and controlling investments, reducing the risk of error in the design of robotic workstations, reducing start-up times of robotic workstations and optimizing design times by means of digital twinning.
All these tools and their functionalities will allow us to obtain a substantial improvement in the area of virtualization, thus providing all the necessary details for the control and optimization of the processes leading to both technical and temporal improvements in the various production processes.
